Rangoon, French Alliance
KEY FIGURES
8 exhibition days / 300 visitors / 500m2 / 18 films / 3 programs / 1 mosaic of 1000 faces / 1 area for "the making-of"
9th - 17th JANUARY 2010
The exhibition was held in the gardens and premises of the Alliance Française in Rangoon. Adapted to Burmese culture, the set design included:
3 SMALL OUTDOOR HUTS
Each screening two films, one after the other. The programming changed three times during the exhibition in order to allow visitors to return and see different themes.
A MOSAIC OF 1000 FACES
A mosaic was projected onto a huge outdoor screen. One by one, a face was enlarged and came to life, to share an experience with us. A moving 52-minute film.
THE MAKING OF
In a special area, 'the making of" invites visitors to take a look 'behind the scenes'. It was screened continuously throughout the exhibition.
